What data we process
If you email us
We process your email address and the content of your message in order to reply (legal basis: your consent and legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR). We keep it for the duration of the conversation and afterwards only as long as legally required.
Webcam images
The cameras broadcast general panoramic views of the coast. We do not record or publish close-ups of people, and we take measures to prevent people from being identifiable. You can exercise your rights by writing to us.
Third-party services
- YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.): the stream is embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When you play the video, Google may process data under its own policy.
- Open-Meteo: your browser requests weather data from Open-Meteo, which receives your IP address.
- Google Fonts: fonts are loaded from Google servers.
- Booking.com and other affiliate links: when you click, you go to the provider's site, which processes your data under its own policy.
We do not sell your data or use it for personalised advertising.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
